Because each bracelet is handmade to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to review product photos, descriptions, and sizing information carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions before you buy, please reach out — we're happy to help!

Damaged or defective it

If your bracelet arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Custom & personalized orders

Custom orders - including specific color requests, sizing adjustments, or personalized designs - are non-refundable under any circumstances, as these items can't be resold.

Lost or stolen packages

We're not responsible for packages lost or stolen after carrier confirmation of delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please contact your local carrier first. We're happy to assist with any documentation you might need.
