More than anything, we want you to love wearing your new bracelet! Because each piece is carefully handmade to order, we don't offer traditional returns, but gladly offer exchanges to ensure you get a piece you absolutely love.

Exchanges & Replacements

  • Need a different style or size? We want your jewelry to feel perfect. If you aren't completely in love with your purchase, we are more than happy to work with you on an exchange within 14 days of delivery.

  • Life happens: We stand by our craftsmanship, but if your bracelet breaks or arrives damaged within 14 days of delivery, please don't worry! Just reach out to us with a quick photo of the issue and your order number, and we will gladly send you a replacement at no extra cost.

To help ensure you love your piece right out of the box, we always encourage you to review product photos, descriptions, and sizing info before purchasing!

Shipping & Delivery

Once your package leaves our hands, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. While we can't take responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery, we still want to help! If your tracking says "delivered" but your package is nowhere to be found, please contact your local carrier first. If you need any documentation or order details from us to help with their investigation, just let us know.
